Busy in Tokyo

Lots packed in today. First stop, the park where the Imperial Palace is located. Couldn't get into the grounds, but there's a nice walking/running track around the site.


Then it was off to visit a park with a nice shrine. Something to be said for being in the right place at the right time. Caught 2 weddings taking place on the grounds. Here's a pic of Don at a memorial to an emperor and his wife. They're sake barrels....


Next up...the famous intersection nicknamed The Scramble (for a good reason - 5 huge crosswalks intersecting with a couple thousand people crossing with each change of the lights!). Quite the spectacle:
